All orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) with an Adult Signature Required unless we are instructed otherwise. If you would prefer to have your package delivered without a signature, please call our customer service number to request our No Signature Required Form. This form will be sent to you and must be returned before your package will be shipped. You can also download a form via the Service Forms link in the Customer Service section.

Our Goal Is to Assist You in Your Quest for Better Health and Ideal Weight.
If you are dissatisfied with one of our products or individual results, we want to help! Please call us immediately. You made a commitment to us, and, we are committed to working with you continuously through counseling, sampling and support. We don't achieve our goals until you achieve yours. Therefore, we have our Counseling staff standing by 7 days a week to offer customized and personalized assistance and suggestions -- we'll even send you a sample of an additional or alternative product that may be better for you.
With pre-authorization, you may return any unused portion in the original container with postage paid, towards store credit for another product that may work better for you (we will give store credit up to 50%). No returns after 90 days or on any exchanged or sale item.
Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no charge.
If a product is returned unopened or is refused for any reason we will deduct a 10% restocking fee and the shipping charges from any credit or exchange.
Our nutritional products are meant be to be used as dietary supplements. We, therefore, cannot guarantee any health outcome. Hence, all sales of our Daily Essentials are final unless returned unopened within 90 days of sale.
